==Main Explainations ==
1. Viewing system: Cavity with a visual window, can observe the welding process in real time.
2. Heating system: Heating system: Equipment configuration of the two groups of six platform heating system, each group at the same time or independently in a vacuum environment to work, do not affect each other.
3. Vacuum system : High speed rotary vane vacuum pump, can quickly realize the furnace cavity to achieve 0.1mbar high vacuum environment, the highest vacuum degree 0.01mbar, optional molecular pump up to 8.5*10-4pa (molecular pump).
4. Cooling system : Equipment adopts water cooling system, to ensure that it can quickly cooling in the high temperature and vacuum environment. the whole cabin cooling structure design to ensure non stop work for a long time.
5. Software system : Temperature can be programmed controlled, set up and down temperature curve according to the process , each curve can be automatically generated, can be edited, modified, storage, etc.
6.Controlling system : Software modular design can independently set the process curve, vacuum extraction, atmosphere, cooling, etc., and can be combined with the production process, to achieve a key operation.
6. Data recording system : With continuous real-time monitoring and data recording system, software curve recording, temperature control curve, process parameters, equipment parameters records, data call.

During this period, we will replace the bad components free of charge for customers,but this warranty does not cover consumables and failures because of abusing, misusing, accident or unauthorized alteration or repairing. Heating element is not included inside.
