1.The most steady material in plastics which is resistable to boiling hydrochloric acid,vitriol aqua fortis as well as strong alkali and organic solvent.        

2. Poor abrasion resistance.

3.Poor ability of anti-negative pressure

2.Strong corrosive mediums such as strong acid and alkali.

Sanitary medium.

Polychloropree

(Neoprene)

Be of good elasticity,retractility and abrasion resistance.

Be resistant to low aicd,alkali and salt but not for oxidation mediums.

1.Below 80 deg C

2.General water, polluted water, weak wear ability mud and ore pulp.

Polyurethane

(PU) 

Be of good abrasion resistibility.

Not be perfect in acid/alkali resisitance.

Can't be used for water mixed with organic solvent.

1.Below 80 deg C

2.Middle and strong wear ability ore pulp, coal pulp,mud,etc..

PFA

Having the same abrasion resistance with PTFE.Having strong ability of load pressure resistance.

1.Below 220 deg C

2.Applicable in state of load pressure.

F46 

Have the same abrasion resistance with PTFE.

Resistable for low abrasion.

Having strong resistance to load pressure.

1.Below 220 deg C

2.The same as PTFE.

3.Applicable in mediums of low abrasion.

Applications 

SUS316L(Mo2Ti)

Able to work with medium with weak corrosivity, such as industrial water, living water, polluted water, etc. Widely used in industries like oil, chemical, urea, vinylon, etc.

Stainless steel coated wolfram carbide

Used for mediums of no corrosive and low abrasion

Hastelloy B (HB)

Having strong resistance to hydrochloric acid of any consistance which is below bioling piont.Also resistable against vitriol, phosphate, hydrofluoric acid, organic acid etc which are oxidable acid,alkali and non-oxidable salt.

Hastelloy C (HC)

Resist the corrosion of oxidizing acid, such as nitric adid, mixed acid, the mixture of chromic acid and sulfuric acid, oxidizing salt like Fe+++, Cu++ and sea water.

Titanium (Ti)

Applicable in seawater,and kinds of chloride,hypochlorite salt,oxidable acid(including fuming nitric acid),organic acid,alkali etc.Not resistant to a pure reducing acid(such as sulphuric acid,hydrochloric acid)corrosion.But if acid contains antioxidant(such as Fe+++,Cu++)is greatly reduce corrosion.

Tantalum (Ta)

The corrosion resistence of tantalum is as good as glass. Almost applicable in all chemical mediums.Except for hydrofluoric acid,oleum and alkali.  

Platinum-iridium alloy (Pt)

Almost be able to in all chemical mediums except for aqua fortis, ammonium salt.
