Guidance for this kind of egg machine
First, suck eggs up onto egg loading rollers with a vacuum egg lifter(30 eggs once)
Secondly, egg cleaning machine cleans eggs with specialized egg cleaning brushes and warm water to sterilize eggs preliminarily
Thirdly, egg drying equipment installed within egg cleaning machine dries eggs with specialized egg drying brushes and strong heated air produced by drying fans
Fourthly, mineral oil spraying equipment will spray a very thin layer of food-grade mineral oil onto eggshells to keep bacteria away and prevent eggs from dehydrating
Fifthly, egg coding equipment will print company name,brand name,quality guarantee period,date of production or something like this onto eggshells so that egg products buyers can turn back to egg products sellers if they are interested in the egg products
Sixthly, UV sterilizing equipment sterilizes eggs with cold-sourced ultraviolet
Seventhly, egg candling equipment can help operators to select out cracked eggs,black-cored eggs,damaged eggs due to some other reasons
