First,suck eggs up onto egg loading and conveying belt with a vacuum egg lifter(30 eggs a time)
Second,workers can select out cracked eggs,black-cored eggs,eggs having gone bad due to some other reasons.
Third,egg cleaning machine wash eggs with warm water and specialized egg cleaning brushes.
Fourth,egg drying equipment dry the eggs with strong heated wind produced by drying fans installed within egg cleaning machine
Fifth,UV sterilizing equipment will sterilize eggs to kill bacteria
Sixth,egg coding equipment will print company name,brand name,quality guarantee period,date of production or something like this onto eggshells so that egg products buyers can turn back to egg products producers if they are interested in the egg products.
Seventh,mineral oil spraying equipment will spray a thin layer of food-grade mineral oil onto eggshells to keep bacteria away and prevent eggs from losing water.
Eighth,electronical egg grading machine will grade eggs by weight.Eggs of different weight will fall down onto different parts of egg grading machine.
Ninth,automatic egg packers will pack the graded eggs into egg trays(30 eggs per tray). Meanwhile workers should collect egg from the egg collecting belts into egg trays(30 eggs per tary).
Tenth,workers should collect all the packed egg trays filled with eggs into big boxes for sale
