Guidance of operations for this kind of egg processing equipment/egg cleaning grading equipment
a) Vacuum egg lifter
First, Eggs are sucked onto the roller of egg loading unit by a vacuum egg lifter (5*6=30 eggs each suck). The vacuum egg lifter is used to help workers to load eggs onto the egg machine more easily.
b) Egg loading unit
Egg loading unit will align the eggs automatically so as to guarantee all the eggs enter the egg cleaning machine in good order
c) Candling
Candler with LED light source has been installed on the roller of cleaner to help operators to check whether there is any damage on the eggs. For example eggs with cracks, eggs with black core, eggs having gone bad can be selected out by hand
d) Cleaning
There are 3 parts of specially designed brush in this type of egg cleaning machine, eggs will be washed by the first part and second brush with warm water.
e) Drying
Water on the eggs shell will be swiped off by the third part brush, and at same time eggs will be dried by strong heated wind generated by drying fan.
f) Printing
After drying, eggs will be printed by the cartridge printer, the position where code is printed is in the middle of the eggs (between the bigger head and the smaller head).
g) Coating(food-grade oil spraying)
After being printed, the eggs will enter the egg oil spraying part where
eggs will been coated a thin layer of food-grade mineral oil thus preventing the eggs from being intruded by bacteria and keep the eggs fresh for a longer time.
h) Head turning
Egg head will be turned through this equipment. As a result, bigger head will be upside and smaller head will be downside when packing.
i) Electronic egg grader
After head turning, eggs will enter the weighing part of the electronic egg grader. The electronic egg grader can at most separate eggs into 5 grades. Eggs of different weight fall down onto to different lanes of the electronic egg grader. Some enter egg collecting belt, some enter egg collecting table, some enter automatic egg packer.
j) Package
At last, respectively operators pack egg trays into different boxes for sale.
Package: we also pack this machine in a sealed wooden case to prevent any unexpected damage in transit
