Guidance of operations for this kind of egg processing equipment/egg cleaning grading equipment
First,suck up eggs onto egg loading and aligning box with a vacuum egg lifter(30 eggs a time)
Second,egg cleaning machine washes eggs with warm water and specialized egg cleaning brushes.
Third,egg drying machine dries washed eggs with specialized egg drying brushes and strong heated wind produced by drying fans installed within egg cleaning machine.
Fourth,egg coding equipment print company name,brand name,expire time,date of production or something like this onto eggshells so that egg products buyers can turn back to egg products producers if they are interested in the egg products.
Fifth,egg oil spraying equipment sprays a thin layer of food-grade mineral oil onto eggshells so as to provent bacteria from breeding and prevent eggs from losing water.
Sixth,eggs will be conveyed into egg candling booth.Here,workers can select out cracked eggs,black-cored eggs,eggs having gone bad due to some other reasons with the help of egg testing tube lights.
Seventh,eggs will enter egg grading machine where eggs are graded by weight.Eggs of different weight will fall down onto different lanes of egg collecting board of egg grading machine.
Eighth,workers collect eggs from the different lanes of egg collecting board into different stacks of egg trays.
