Main Features
a) Vacuum egg lifter
First, Eggs are sucked onto the roller of egg cleaner by a vacuum egg lifter (1*6=6 eggs each suck). The vacuum egg lifter is run by a motor but lift up and down by hand, that helps workers to load eggs onto the egg machine more easily.
b) Washing
Eggs are put by vacuum egg lifter on the roller of cleaner, the shape of rollers have been specially designed, that make sure eggs align automatically, so as to guarantee all eggs enter the egg cleaning machine in good order.
There are 2 parts of bush in this type of egg cleaning machine, egg will be washed with warm water by the first brush.
c) Drying
Water on eggs will be swiped off by the second brush, and at same time eggs will be dried by strong and heat wind generated by drying fan.
d) Printing
After being dried, eggs will be printed by the cartridge printer, the position where code is printed is in the middle of eggs (between the bigger head and the smaller head).
e) Coating(food-grade oil spraying)
After being printed, the eggs will enter the egg oil spraying part where eggs will been coated a thin layer of food-grade mineral oil thus preventing the eggs from being intruded by bacteria and keep the eggs fresh for a longer time..
f) UV
The UV system uses Ultra Violet technology to reduce contamination and bacteria on the shell surface of eggs after washing. The cover ensures that UV ray light stays within the system. The handle beside the cover makes cleaning very easy
g) Candling
Candler with LED light source has been installed on the roller of grader to help operators to check whether there is any damage on eggs. For example eggs with cracks, eggs with black core, eggs having gone bad can be picked out through LED light by hand.
h) Grading
After candling, eggs will enter the weighing part of grader. Egg grading machine can at most separate eggs into 5 grades. Eggs of different weight fall down onto to different lanes of the egg collecting board of grader
