This kind of egg cleaning grading machine is made of stainless steel.
This kind of machine can clean and grade 10000eggs in an hour.
This machine uses one row egg cleaning machine to clean the eggs.it's suitable for both chicken eggs and duck eggs.
manipulating guidance
Firstly workers put the eggs onto the one row conveying belt ,then the eggs are conveyed to the egg cleaning machne.After that the egg cleaning machine will clean the eggs with high presssured water and specially manufactured brushes.
After being cleaned the eggs will be dried by the drying equipment installed within the egg cleaning machine.after being dried the eggs will be conveyed into the oil spraying procedure,here the eggs will be sprayed by a thin layer of mineral oil,thus keeping the eggs fresh for a longer time.
Egg coding equipment is installed behind the oil spraying equipmennt.this equipment will print a company name ,expiration time,brand name or something like this.
After being printed the eggs will enter the electronical egg grading procedure.here the grading machine will grade the eggs electronically by the eggs weight level.
