Note3:The specified mold heating consumption of hot-filling machine is 12.5KW;however,the actual power consumption depends on the actusl production.

- The Conveyor put the preform from the barrel to the entire machine, then the preform are automatic arranged in order for feeding at a single way
- Adopt FESTO rodless cylinder to divide into blank movement and positioning
- The gripper picks preforms and place them on the transfer system
- The way will avoid preforms jamming,causing machine down or preform waste

The traditional linear machine is normal transmitted through a chain or air cylinder, when cylinder drive, the disadvantages are low speed and low efficiency, when chain drive,it will create large noise, AOK series composed of the casting nylon slider with a servo motor drive,providing fast and which can meet environmental requirements
