Double-deck mining vibrating table description
There is a trouble for user that the traditional 6-s single-deck shaking table is large area occupied, low capacity and expensive.And haven't been solved effectively for a long time.Since the double-deck shaking table come out,the problem was solved.
Application of mining vibrating
Double-deck shaking table widely used in separating tungsten, tin, tantalum, niobium, gold and other rare metals and precious metal.Can be used for roughing, selection, sweep and other different jobs .Selection Coarse sand (2-0.5mm), fine sand (0.5-0.074mm), sludge (-0.074) and other different size fractions.Can also be used to choose iron, manganese ore and coal.When dealing with tungsten and tin ore, the efficiency size range is 0.02mm to 2mm.
How to choose the right model of mining vibrating table
To Choosing the shaking table model according to the Max feeding size, the feeding amount and plant area.
1.Max feeding size <2mm, coarse sand deck shaking table
2.Max feeding size <0.5mm, fine sand deck shaking table
3.Max feeding size <0.1mm, slime deck shaking table
the smaller the feeding size is, the less feeding amount will be.
if the plant area is not enough, we can use double-decked shaking table.
