Spiral classifier is widely used to control material size from ball mill in the beneficiatio process, separate mineral sand and fine mud in the gravity concentration, and clean mud and water in washing mineral process. Application of Spiral Classifier:
Spiral Classifiers are widely used in the distribution of ore in closed circuits with ball mill in mining processing, in order to get a certain degree fineness of ore particles, meanwhile increasing the efficiency of grinding. This machine can also be used to wash sand,classify ore sand and play other functions. This product features simple structure, reliable working conditions and convenient operation.
Working principle of spiral classifier:
Spiral classfier is a kind of classfying machine that classfies big and small mineral granules. It works based on the fact that different granules(with various size and weight) sink at different speed in liquid. It can filter powders grinded from mill and rotate the coarse materials to feeding hole of the mill and discharge filtered fine materials through the overflow pipe. The chassis of the spiral classifier is made of channel steel and the main machine is welded by armor plate. The water inlet and the shaft head come with cast iron sleeve, which are robust and abrasion resistant. The equipment is available both in manual and auto mode.
