OD tolerance: as per standard specification.
ID tolerance: +/-0.2mm for tubes with ID below 100mm, +/-0.3mm for tubes with ID below 250mm, +/-0.4mm for tubes with ID below 300mm.
Straightness: 0.5mm/1000mm max, 0.8mm/1000mm max, 1.2mm/1000mm max depending on different size and length.
Packing: in bundles tied with steel strips.
Slightly internal and external oil coating for anti-rust protection.
End plastic caps.
External packing to be confirmed.
Marking on each tube: to be confirmed.
Shipping: we suggest container shipping.
Based on our expertise and manufacturing facilities, the following services can be negotiated for supply:
1. Tubes with special requirement about ovality,straightness,surface quality, eccentricity,etc.
2. Internal honing, rough honing, internal skiving&roller burnishing.
3. External surface machining, polishing, grinding.

Payment method: we accept T/T. L/C,D/P,etc.
MOQ: 3 tons for each size. Less quantity can be negotiated for supply.
Trade term: we accept FOB,CFR,CIF,DAP,etc.
Third party inspection or customer's inspection are both acceptable.
