1. mobile system

We below indicate how we assemble the mobile truck system: 

 

 

 

When customer think about using the mobile solution to dipose the medical waste,they have below two options depending on the situation they really need.

 

 

 

Option 1: Mobile Treatment Station

 

 

Customer can just buy the integrated treatment unit plus special design container,which is working as “mobile Treatment Station“. This mobile unit can be moved easily and installed on any places as a flexble house of medical waste treatment station.

 

 

Option 2: Mobile Treatment Truck System

 

 

 

 

If customer prefer the mobile unit is mounted on a truck,they can buy a truck locally. On the help of the the truck supplier,the “mobile treatment station“ will be fixed onto the truck. In that case the mobile treatment truck system can work more flexiblly ,it also can handle cases of imergency such as timely disposal of high-contagious medical waste to avoid pollution during transportation,taking urgent measures to dispose medical waste in major epidemic and natual disaster etc.

 

 

2. Operating Principle

 

Medical waste are put into autoclave vessel under saturated steam with temperature 134°C(273°F) and pressure 0.22Mpa(32psi) in 45 min to get fully sterilized; then the sterilized waste sent to shredder to crush into short pieces. The final treated medical with volume reduction of 80% and weight reduction of 20% can achieve the microbial inactivation LOG4 (99.99%) and finally become ordinary city refuse for safe landfill.
