Application

The equipment is suitable kinds of crude oil refinery and exchange to cooking oil with different grades. such plant oil and animal oil. 

Details of main equipments

1. The neutralizing tank is used for acid for acid,alkali refining or rinse

2. The decoloring tank is for bleaching grease

3. The deodorizing tank is sued for deodorization tank

4. The conducting oil furnace provide the heating for production

5. The vacuum pump provide vacuum for bleaching , deodorization which is can reach 755mmkg 

6. The air compressor can dry the bleached clay

7. The air press is for filter clay

8. The stream generator can generate stream distillation 

9. The quality of refined oil reached to the standards for edible oil 

Operation Points:

1. Change the conduction oil every time, the thermal oil furnace must keep the temperature at 90 °C and also continue protecting this temperature for at least 5 hours.

2. The neutralization pot and decoloration and deodorization pots equipments, the heat energy should be reasonable distributed and adjusted. When deodorization, the temperature should be 240-260 °C, the other equipments mainly adjusted by valve.

3. After examine and repair, all the conduction heat shim should changed to graphite shim.  The valve should use high temperature valve.

4. Before firing the thermal oil furnace, the Heat-transfer oil pump should be opened first. When the thermal oil furnace stop fire, it must keep working, and when the oil water reduce below 100°C, then close the Heat-transfer oil pump.
