Wood chips rotary dryer is applicable for drying big particles, heavy particles in chemical, mining and metallurgy, such as mining area, blast furnace, coal, powder of metal, phosphate fetilizer.
Wood chips rotary dryer is widely used in Agriculture and animal husbandry engineering, Fertilizer, Coal, Mining, Biomass material drying project, also used in Lightweight materials drying project, like dregs, pomace etc.

Working principle of the wood chips rotary dryer
1.The wet materials enters into hopper by the belt conveyor through feed pipe into the wood chips rotary dryer cyclineder.
2.The wet materials flows smoothly into the wood chips rotary dryer cylinder because of the gradient.
3.Under the high temperature from the heating stove and the effect of the steering plate and the rotation of the cyclinder, the materials can be dried well in the cyclinder of the wood chips rotary dryer.
4.After the drying process,the dried materials come out from discharge port of the wood chips rotary dryer.
5.The cyclone catchs a slight of oddments,and the induced draft fan makes the materials cool and discharges the hot air.
