Working principle:
Our biomass briquette machine uses a large screw to grind, compress and extrude the biomass into briquettes
Requires:
The size of the raw materials are alike sawdust, moisture is 8%-12%. If the raw materials are not sawdust ,please crushing it size<5mm ;if the moisture is higher than 12%,please dry it
Feature :
First, The machine with electric protection system,it will power off when overload or emergency.
Second, The motor is 15kw and 6 pole, enough power.
Third, fully automatic cutting device to decide the briquette length.
Four, special material,wolfram carbide,special technique,alloy coating .
2:Application of Sawdust briquette charcoal making machine :

Secind,Maize stalk, cotton stalk, sesame stalk,sunflower stalk, peanut vine, bean stalk .
Third: Rice husk, peanut shell, Conconut shell, Palm husk, sugaracane residue and etc.
3:Working principle of Sawdust briquette charcoal making machine :
Making use of the inherent characteristic of lignin material and by means of screw extrusion to grind, compress and extrude the loose biomass into briquettes, the machine force the lignin in raw materials plasticizing and the materials become bar-shaped hollow fuel under high temperature and high pressure condition, Lignin serves as the glue in the briquetting process, binds the particles of wood together, so during this process, no binder needs to be used.
