1.Description of metal scrap ball press machine:
1).Metal scrap ball press machine is mainly used for pressing hard to molding of powder material, its characteristic is the molding pressure big, main engine RPM adjustable, equipped with spiral feed unit.
2).Mainly used in the pulverized coal forming; Dry powder molding; The desulfurization gypsum moulding; Coke powder molding; Iron ore and all kinds of metal powder molding, etc.
2.The working principle of metal scrap ball press machine:
[1]Metal scrap ball press machine will pass powder on to the two pressure roller through the
feeder.

Such as, coal powder, charcoal powder, metallic powder (Fe / Si powder), iron scale, iron sludge, precipitator dust, iron concentrate, raw material powder, manganese ore fines, silicomanganese alloy, slime peat, fireproof material, desulfurized gypsum and dolomite all can be press into ball, oval pillow and egg shapes, etc.
