The accessories of pump
Modules: All the drilling mud pump modules are manufactured by high quality alloy steel AISI8620 or AISI 4135. Heat
treatment and internal hardened for high durability. With strictly mechanical machine, and NDT, it could serve a long
wear performance. All our products are designed under 5000psi, 7500 psi, and 1000 psi pressure.
Liners: Bi-metal liners with high abrasion and corrosion resistance are used. The liner sleeve is made of wear resisting cast iron.
The surface hardness of the liner sleeve is HRC 60 to 65. ceramic liners are made of a forged steel outer shell and a
ceramic inner sleeve.
Valve Assembly:stem-guided valve & cross/three-arms seat ,wings-guided valve/full open seat
Piston: the piston is sealed by the rubber O-ring along with the cylindrical surface fit and then is tightened by lock nuts, preventing the piston from looseness and
acting as the sealing.
