Screw stem with modular structure
The screw core shaft is made of 40CrNiMoA, and the screw thread components connect with the core shaft in an involute curve, which features high intensity, large load, and easy disassembly and assembly.
The screw components are made of high quality high-speed tool steel, W6Mo5Cr4V2, that receives heat treatment with vacuum hardening at high temperature.

E. Charging barrel

The barrel body is made of #45 steel, and the "∞" shape hole is lined with wearing proof alloy a-101Fe - Cr - Ni -B+Carbide, hardness: HRC60 - 64, barrel length: L = 150mm/section.
The first cylinder is used for feeding materials barrel, the 9th cylinder for vacuum barrel, the 10th cylinder for extrusion barrel and the other cylinders are of closed mouth type.
