Air Separator

The discharged materials from VPM will be fed into the separator. Due to the fluidization layer formed by the roots blower, the coarse particles fall into the collecting cycle and enter into VPM as well as the collected fine particles enter into ball mill.

The main features are as follows.

1. The discharged materials from VPM will be separated on order to prevent the over-grinding in VPM, express the grinding effect of the ball mill and grinding system in max. extent, as well as reduce the vibration of the VPM to make it run more stably.

2. Comparing to the other separators, its abrasion is very small and with no need for maintaining.

3. The structure is simple and the occupied space is small.
