Hydraulic cone crusher
HP series hydraulic cone crusher adopts computer optimization design to speed up main shaft speed, the unique crushing chamber replace system can quickly replace components in crushing chamber to meet different size requirement, the friction disc design and rotation of eccentric bushing circum fix shaft plus more reasonable “labyrinth seal” system are unique feature of HP series, which have more advantages like easier operation, large application scope ,more reliable, more smooth function scope, more reliable, more smooth functioning comparing with spring and traditional cone crusher.
Features:
HP series hydraulic cone crusher introduces “eccentric bushing circum fixed shaft” special working principle, the main shaft is strengthened. It is possible to realize crushing with large power, Meantime, the patent of particular friction disk, and layer pressure theory with special crushing cavity are adopted, the capacity increase, so does the cubic product percentage.
HP series hydraulic cone crusher equipped with hydraulic system or safety oil cylinder and lock oil cylinder, the safety oil cylinder acts as protection part, it can lift up supporting sleeve and fixed cone through hydraulic system, if machine occurs malfunction, the foreign objects will be discharged from crushing chamber automatically, without opening the machine. So the maintenance is easier than spring cone crusher.
HP series hydraulic cone crusher adopts new gearing adjusting system and function of self lock & wide adjustment.
HP series hydraulic cone crusher employs grease seal and effective labyrinth seal, which is helpful to avoid water jam, and radically eliminate the defect of mixture of water and oil in the traditional spring cone crusher.
Manganese steel is used in mantle and bowl, due to the cavity type change and material layer protection, the abrasion decreases, and the service time is 30%-80% longer than traditional cone crusher.
