double station blow moulding machine is different from the single station. It has one additional station with high-precision linear guide, covering three major series of PT55D, PTB70D, and PTB90D. the same as single station machines, it can be used to produce a wide variety of materials. Such as PE, PP, PA etc. the largest capacity of the product can be 10L,and its production capacity is 60-70% more than the single station machine. In accordance with different type of products, die heads can be changed to achieve multi-type production.
this machine is double station machine, can have from 1 to 4 heads to meet the demand of different output and different product size for customer. This model is full-automatic process with low noise, saving energy, high efficiency, safe operation, easy maintenance and other benefits.
