Product Line---Impulse Turbine
Suitable water head:H≥100 m
Product advantage:Impulse turbine is mainly composed of nozzle,deflector,runner and housing case,the nozzle transform water energy into kinetic energy and it becomes free jet by itself.Impulse runner change water energy into mechanism energy by rotation.Impulse turbine are divided into Pelton turbine, Turgo turbine and Cross-flow turbine refer to the different ways of the jet impulsing the runner.
Thereinto,the suitable water head for Turgo turbine:H=25~300m, the characteristic:the jet from the nozzle impulse the runner in the direction of 22.5 degree with the runner gyration level.
Product Line---Francis Turbine
Suitable water head range:H=30-700M.
Advantage:Francis turbine is fit for the power station with middle and high water head and medium flow,for its simple structure,reliable operation, suitable for larger water head range, many series of runner models,the variety is complete in specifications,therefore Francis turbine is used extensively.
Product Line---Axial Flow Turbine
Suitable water head:H=6-50m.
Advantage:Kaplan turbine is suitable for the power station with middle and low head, and the stations where the head and the output has much change,it can be operated steadily with highefficiency under various kinds of working conditions.It is vertical type equipped with rolling bearing seat or sliding bearing seat.There are four different types of spiral case, open channel type,open channel with pressure type,full closed type metallic spiral case and concrete spiral case.
