Working principle
It is Mainly used for pulp material inspissations washing and dirty mud dehydration , which is in four areas, namely gravity dehydration, wedge re-pressure dehydration, swing dehydration and shear dehydration.
Gravity dehydration: Because of the high liquidity of liquid sludge, no compression capability, so the sludge get into the gravity dehydration area first. In this part it can remove the pretreated water, reduce the liquidity of sludge, make the floccules and granules come into being larger adhesion.
