Operating Principle of China manufacturing paper machine pressure screen
NLS series inflow pressure screen is a continuing screening equipment under the fully
closed position with pressure. When works, the pulp enters into the outside of screen drum
along the tangent direction through the pulp pipe. Qualified pulp enter into screen drum
through the sieve seam (hole), with the help of pressure difference between inside and
outside of screen drum, then come out through the pulp pipe.
The pulp and impurities which can not through the sieve seam (hole) fall down to the bottom, and come out from the
discharge pipe. Rotating blade outside the screen drum can produce a moderate pressure,
which improves the circulation flow of pulp, its tail will produce a negative pressure, which
has an effect of backwash sieve seam (hole). It can prevent the sieve seam (hole)
congestion, and pulp can smooth enter through the sieve screening (hole) from the surface constantly, which ensures the continuous operation.
1. Foundation
1.1 pre-net screen
is rotary equipment, which adopts reinforced concrete structure.
The foundation is designed by the civil engineering department. When the
foundation finished and achieves the curving period, lay the pressure screen on the foundation. Mat calibration and anchor bolt, conduct secondary grouting after a

13. Installation of PRESSURE SCREEN
Lay the pressure screen on foundation using the lug at the base. When install the
equipment, must make screen body level to keep it smooth and anchor bolt
stressed evenly, and ensure machine can completely discharge liquid when
discharge airs. Finally should tighten all bolts in.
1.4. Installation of pipes
Notice: The pressure screen body cannot serve as the stent when install pipes.
Commonly, the heights of inlet pipe, outlet pipe and tailings pipe should be higher 1 m or so than the stock inlet, to ensure often filled with water in the pressure
screen, which can avoid air into and pulp shortage, and it can forms back pressure operation, which is easy to adjust the pressure screen effectively.
