The Automatic Screen Printing Machine JN-HR36UV-3 is specially designed for cosmetics, pharmaceutical industry, printing on the round surface within various patterns, like toothpaste tube and tube, penholder, lipstick tubes, bottle caps, cream bottle, cosmetics pipe, etc. Easy operation make it a best general printing system solution to reduce the manual labor and hence improve the production efficiency. Reliability and speed make the JN-HR36UV-3 ideal for off-line or in-line production.
Features:
1. Designed for special printing the screen printing on circular thing designed, mainly is suitable for the hose, bottle caps, cream bottle and tube etc circular products.
2. The machine integrates feeding, flame treatment, automatic printing surface and UV (UV curing) functions.
3. The whole machine realization mechanical transmission, touch screen operation, easy implementation the man-machine dialogue, the operation is more handy, printing speed up to 4000PCS/hr.
4. Electronic sensors to realize "no thing not printing", low pressure alarm automatic monitoring function.
5. Servo fiber contrapuntal system, which can realize part products with precise multi-color printing.
6. The whole machine electrical components and control system USES Germany and Japan components, ensure stable printing quality.
