Model JN-AP280 Automatic Positioning Two Colour Pen Screen Printing Machine
Applications:
The screen printer was designed for small diameter objects such as pearl pen, pencil, mark pen, board pen, signature pen, eyebrow pen, labium cream, Injector, chopsticks and high speed screen printing.
Advantages:
1. Fully electric control, no need compressed air, automatic printing.
2. Automatic loading and unloading.
3. Double rail printing.
4. Can print two different objects/images at one time, and one colour or two colour printing.
5. Machine runs steady and smoothly. Printing stroke and printing speed are adjustable.
6. Can stop the any time for screen cleaning, ink adding.
7. Taiwan frequency conversion control make machine runs at constant torque, ensure the printing effect be consistent.
8. IR drying system online (UV drying system optional), achieve printing and drying meantime.
9. With vacuum function seated (optional) for precision orientation.
10. Installed surface cleaning device(optional).
11. Double blade design for high quality coating ink.
12. Eletron controlling ensure lower noise.
