The Single Colour Automatic Screen Printing Machine JN-SU12UV is specially designed for cosmetics, pharmaceutical industry, printing on the round surface within various patterns, like toothpaste tube and tube, penholder, lipstick tubes, bottle caps, cream bottle, cosmetics pipe, etc. It includes program controller, touch screen control system optical servo system, feeding machine, flame treatment machine, fast/slow synchronization transfer system. "no bottle no printing ", sensor fixation system. Easy operation make it a best general printing system solution to reduce the manual labor and hence improve the production efficiency. Reliability and speed make the JN-SU12UV ideal for off-line or in-line production.
Features:
1. The machine is specialized design for print on tube, bottle-cap, container.
2. Feeding machine can load product to the screen printing machine automatically...Fully automatic feeding, flame treatment, UV screen printing and UV curing.
3. It is mechanical conveyer, touch control panel operation, easy to operation the machine. Fast adjustment, easy operation. Fast printing speed: 6000PC/hr.
4. Fully automatic, the machine will alarm without product loading and no printing without product. So it can save much energy.
5. Wiht optical servo system, that can print more color and make the color register more precision.
