Main parts of a corrugated paper machine
Headbox:open type headbox/air-cushioned headbox with rectangle-taper manifold,step-hole plate diffuser, distributor roll surface of headbox (incl: distributor roll) exposed to stock is mirror-polished.
Wire section
Comprised of wire frame, walking board, white water pan, forming plate, drainage foil, vacuum drainage foil, wet suction box, suction box, breast roller support and lifter, vacuum couch roller, wire-driving roller, wire-leading roller, compound roller, scraper, spray tube, slitter edge tail cutter, wire tension unit, guide and starch applicator, etc. longish wire is polyester forming wire and replaced in cantilever method. Jack is at the operating side, use jack which is applicable to load.
