A sketch of structure:
1 Head-box Pulp flows into cone mains with certain pressure ,after an even constraint of the mains, goes into
wedged-shaped flow channel and is sprayed at the spout. Top lip and lower lip are fixed. Adjusting device is
designed to adjust the location and angel of puling from head-box to wire.
Head-box adjusting device has a structure of manual worm and gear+screw drive
2 Wire Section
This ISO and BV certificated newsprint fourdrinier paper machine Wire section adopts crescent dehydration forming way and dehydrate quickly with centrifugal force and tension of polyester mesh. Mainly consists of shape roll, carrier roll, wiper blade, adjusting device, spray pipe, water pan, net of rack, etc.
3 Press/Drying Section
This part consists of Flying Dutchman, Yankee hood, skinning doctor, Cylinder surface spraying
device, carrying roll, and all components encircled by felt except for forming roll. This part also falls
into two independent parts :wet section and dry section. Wet section mainly consists of felt running roll, felt debugging mode and felt cleaner. While the dry part mainly includes vacuum pressure roll press, Flying Dutchman, Yankee hood, skinning doctor, main engine framework
