HOISTING MECHANISM:70 RCS 25

Here introduce the features of 70RCS25 mechanism: just as the picture shows, the lifting winch includes:

1-Two motors: two similar traveller motors, the rotate speed is 1500 rotation/min, equiped with FCPL brake. What differs is the number of pinions, PV(low-speed) motor is 19 pinions, and GV(high-speed) motor is 38 pinions.

2-One gear reduction: formed by a helical pinion parallel transmission with double input and a spiral cone gear.

3-One coiling block: different diameters determines different pulling tension and lifting speed

4-One fan: help motor to dissipate heat from the outside. Every motor has an exterior ventilation device, which will stop working after the hoisting winch stops after three minutes.
