Electrodes
1.Use a high voltage electrode with enamel coating as internal electrode, stainless steel housing as external electrode.
2.Uniformity air gap between enamel coating internal electrode and stainless steel housing, it produces high concentration ozone output.
3.Using insulation materials for connections, for preventing creepage discharge.
Cooling method
Ozone tube is water cooled type unit, cooling water will take away the heat which released by ozone tubes. Clean cooling water could be recycled and be cooling down by outside process.
Using longer elbow water connection for cooling water output to prevent water leakage into ozone tube.
Adjustable type electric card with adjustable ozone output
Ozone output could be regulated from 20% to 100% based customer’s demand.
