ZCQ's quartz jacket is widely used in the semiconductor industry and solar industry.
The heat resistance of quartz jacket over any glass, its high softening point, transparent quartz glass is 1730 °C, long-term continuous use under high temperature.
With good spectral characteristics, Quartz jacket can be through the ultraviolet and infrared, during part of the band transmittance of more than 95%, high purity synthetic quartz glass is also available through the far ultraviolet and anti-r-ray.
Quartz Jacket with a high dielectric strength, low electrical conductivity fold loss can hardly contain alkali ion conductive.
Transparent quartz glass hardness is 6 to 7 Mohs, compressive strength greater than 1.1GPa, bending to 48.3 MPa, specific gravity 2.203, significantly higher than the mechanical properties of glass and ceramic systems have hard good.
According to customers' design, ZCQ's quartz jacket tube diameter are usually between 30-280mm range with length from 50mm-1200mm.

Other Usages of ZCQ Quartz Jackets:
1.Chemical Industry Field:
Used on high-temperature and acid resistant gas combustion, cooling and ventilation devices, evaporation of acidic solution, absorpting cooling material collection, preparation for storage devices, distilled water, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, sulfuric acid and other items of physical chemistry experiment.
2. High Temperature Operation Field:
It can make optical glass crucible which make out phosphor gas, electrical furnace core pipe, gas combustion radiation form, thermocouple-protection tube etc.
3.Electricity Field:
Normally used in high-pressure and high-frequency insulation pipe, waveguide tube etc.
4.New Light Source Field:
Quartz is a great material for the high-pressure mercury lamp, long arc xenon lamp, iodine-tungsten lamp, thallium iodide lights, infrared lights lamps, and the sterilization lamp etc.The 5.Semiconductor Field:
It is an essential material to semiconductor devices and materials, such as the growth of germanium, the silicon crucible, boat furnace core pipe, Bell jar etc.
