ZCQ Quartz glass cuvettes
Cuvette (aka absorption cell, the sample cell) is generally used to contain reference solution, or sample solution. It is widely used in chemical, metallurgical, medical, pharmaceutical, food, environmental protection, power plants, water, oil and other industries, departments and universities, research institutes when assorted with spectroscopic analysis instrument for material quantitative and qualitative analysis .
Three series in term of wavelength range:
1, visible light series, also known as the glass cuvette, range 340-2500nm
2, UV-visible range, also known as quartz cuvette, range 190-2500nm
3, infrared quartz series, also known as infrared quartz cuvette, range 260-3600nm
Features:
1, strong mechanical property and adhesive portion, resistant of high temperature and pressure up to certain atmospheres pressure.
2, processed with highly sophisticated optical technology, high light transmission of polished sides, transmission goes beyond 80% at a wavelength of 200nm
group error remains≤ 0.3%.
3, made from high quality quartz glass and optical glass, free of bubbles or stripes,
Two prototypes:
A)Four pieces integrated via high temperature gel
resistant of five etching medium 6mol / L NaOH, 6mol / L hydrochloric acid, ethanol, benzene, carbon tetrachloride, remains 24 hours unglued, no leakage.
B)precision quartz cuvette, made with advanced high-temperature integration melting process , no soldering layer optica,l path error remains within 0.01mm.
