Example of Navector's Solution
Stage 1 Drying Process:
All In-coming pre-washed silica sand are in loose from by truck. It will be unloaded into a 50ton vibrating hopper.
This silica sand will be transferred via an adjustable belt conveyor directly to the ball mill and carried to the classifier via a 10m bucket elevator
Stage 2 Separating Process
- A conveyor system to transfer the silica sand into large material storage silos for daily production after the coarse separating
- This production silo supply the sand into the precision Rotary Separating screeners to sizing the silica sand particle up to 320#
Stage 3 Packaging Process
- The silica sand transfer into a daily hopper bin
- Transfer to Packing machines which pack sand into 1mt & 25kg Polypropylene jumbo bags for instance
- With weight measurement and conveyor, the jumbo bag can be automatically transfered to the loading area or truck.
