Bogie-hearth resistance furnace
Brief
RT series bogie-hearth resistance furnace is the national standard energy-saving heat treatment furnace, mainly used for large-scale and large quantities metal casing, forging, steel and pipeline parts for quenching, tempering, annealing and normalizing., etc.
Application field
Mainly used for the following metal mechanical parts:
1.Large and medium-sized high chrome parts;
2.Casting parts, such as high manganese steel casting, gray iron castings, nodular cast iron.,etc;
3.Forging parts;
4.Steel ball;
5.Hammerhead of the crusher;
6.Wear-resisting liners;
7.Pressure vessel;
8.Slewing bearing;
9.Large axial;
10.Mould material.
Structure
This furnace consist of furnace shell, furnace linings ,furnace door, furnace door hoisting appliance, heating element, bogie and driving mechanism and electrical control system, etc. The bogie can be designed tilting.
Advantages
1.Large loading capacity, high efficiency and low operation cost;
2.The furnace linings is all fiber structure, compared to the brick furnace chamber, effectively improve the performance of heat preservation;
3.For the small and medium size furnace, no need to installation basic foundation, integration of rail, can be used on a level ground.
4.Large -scale electric furnace using multiple district heating, the heating elements are installed on the furnace door, backwall and bogie, can effectively improve the temperature uniformity;
5.The operation of the furnace door and bogie is fully automatic control.
6.Each electric box is equipped with several pieces of instrument and automatic observer which can provide the controlling of the furnace temperature, automatic recording, over temperature automatic power-off protection and so on.
