1.Description
Based on many years of research experience, Zonfa Trinity successfully made the new type extrusion with high output, which using the European highest level technology, can guarantee customers’ requirement on high quality.
This machine is using R&P’ s controlling system, which contains flexible architecture, more open operation system and better communication. ALL of these advantages guarantee the stability of this instrument, and makes the user more convenient on maintenance.
In collaboration with Nordson Xaloy, Trinity develops a new screw with 31D in the effective length. With molybdenum-plating treatment on the surface of all screw, they have the highest wear resistance. Adopting proven core temperature controlling way of the intracool self-adjusting and non-maintenance, it provides the best processing temperature control box with wide range for inspection. Under the high yield and negative pressure, we can get stable and qualified products. Trinity adopts ZAMBELLO TST series of ultrahigh torque gearbox, with the advantage of high torque, low noise, low malfunction and long service life. It will be the best choice of seeking for high level products.
According to customers’ specific requirements, we can provide systemic design plan that are easy to operate such as different extrusion height and electric cabinet installation direction.
