JXSC screw sand washing machine
Brief Introduction:
gold spiral sand washing machine suitable for dewatering, de-medium,desliming and wet and dry classifying in mine.This machine is mainly used in the production flow of metal processing, according to the difference in sedimentation rate of mineral particales and mud,the ore with particle size 14-325 meshes can be classified, it also separate waste mud or dewatering for the ore. According to liquid level the gold spiral sand washing machine can be divided into high weir type sand submersion type, The overflow weir spiral sand washing machine is higher than the center of the spiral axis at lower end, but lower than the upper edge of the spiral blade. The length of liquid level is short, so its surface can directly gets the stirring effect by the spiral blade, therefore it suitable for coarse particles classifications,usually the classified particle size is over 0.15mm. The spiral blade of the submersion classifier at lower end completely submered under the liquid level,the classifying area is big and smooth, suitable for classification for fine particle which is less than 0.15mm, its overflow productivity is higher.
Working principle
Different solid granularities have different gravity and thus have different dropping speed. The fine ore granularities floating in the water will overflow and the big ones will sink to the bottom and discharge from the upper part by spiral pushing. It can filter the granularities from the machine and then spin the rough particles to charging part by spiral vane and discharge the fine granularities from the overflow pipe.
The base of the machine adopts channel steel material and the body adopts welded steel plate. The water inlt of spiral axle and axle head adopt iron cover for wear proofing and long life operation. The lifting equipment has two types, manual control and electric control.
Structure
gold spiral sand washing machine consists of cell body(Frame), speed reducer(Gear Box), motor, central shaft & Screw,
gold spiral scatters, Weir & support parts. This machine is mainly combined with ball mill during working.
Application
gold spiral sand washing machine is widely used in mineral processing plant to match with the ball mill and form a closed-circuit circulation to process mining sand, or used in gravity mine,selection plant for classifying sand and mine mud, and grading sand according to the particle size, desliming , dewatering in the mine washing process. FG series gold spiral sand washing machine has simple structure, reliable operation, convenient operation,etc. The gold spiral sand washing machine is a kind of classifying machine that adopts the principle of settling speed difference according to different material sizes and specific gravity. fine particles floating in the water overflow out; the coarse ore grain sinks to the bottom of the chase which will be pulled to the upper by the spiral and discharging out.
