100 Ton alluvial coltan plant from Africa
This process flow is designed based on the geologist report, and considered the requirement from the customer.
Introduction of different equipment:
1. Viberating feeder: this machine is used for feeding, and also for screening the big stones which is over 50mm by the grizzly bar.
2. Screen machine: this machine is used for screen the middium stones which is between 30-60mm, which do not get coltan particles inside. And also classifying the material under 30mm into 0-10mm and 10-30mm.
3. Jig separator: this machine is used for concentrating the coltan from the 0-10mm material.
4. Cone crusher: this machine is used to crush the material between 10-30mm material under 10mm.
5. Shaking table: used for refining the concentrate from jig which is under 2mm
6. The magnetic separator: This machine is not listed in the process flow, we add this machine because we found there's some magnetite inside the concentrate sample. We use this magnetic separator to remove it from the coltan concentrate to upgrade the coltan.
