Performance Features of Single Toggle Jaw Crusher:
1.Symmetrical V-type crushing chamber optimizes and maximizes inlet size,crushing ration and capacity.Compared to traditional jaw crusher,capacity increased more than 30%.
2.Larger bearing capacity&longer service life by adopting integrated bearing block,alloy hardening and tempering main shaft and larger bearing.
3.More reliable&easier to adjust outlet size by using adjusting wedges.
4.By installing motor on the frame,it saves installation space and extends V-belt service life.
5.More efficiently to reduce pressure on the base as rubber damping block replaces foundation bolt.
6.Processing steadier by perfectly combination of kinetics parameters and structural design.
Working Principle of Single Toggle Jaw Crusher:
The motor transmits power through belt,drives the moving jaw to do periodic motion towards the fixed jaw by the eccentric shaft.The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw plate increases when moving jaw moves.So the moving jaw moves towards the fixed jaw.The stuff will be crushed in this process.The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw decreases when moving jaw moves down,the moving jaw moves leaves fixed jaw by pulling rod and spring,the final crushed stuff will be discharged from the outlet.
