Semi- automatic candy box curling machine cylinder box machine
This machine forms a production line for making plastic cylinders with our fully automatic flattening and slicing machine and microcomputer gluing machine, both semi-automatic and sull-automatic machines are available in our factory.
Cylinder Edge Curling Machine is Used for PVC, APET, PETG and other transparent plastic material cylinder edge curling.There are mainly two kind: 2 head and full Cylinder Curling Machine with high speed.
We have divided our cylinder tube machines series into several categories:
1.Automatic cylinder tube forming machine with gluing and ultrasonic functions.
2.Semi-auto cylinder tube gluing machine.
3.Semi-auto cylinder tube edge curling machine.
4.Automatic cylinder tube edge curling machine.
5.Ultrasonic or high frequency cylinder tube bottom welding machine.
Features:
1.With a preheating plate for edge curling, quick and accurate automatic cylinder edge.
2.Edge size according to the product requirements in the same mould do the size of the different specifications.
3.The screw height adjustment for the edge, according to the size of cylinder edge length adjust themselves.
4.Cylinder diameter size and length of consistency is good, the cylinder round edge effect is beautiful.
Specalized for edge curling PVC,APET,PETG cylinder(for shaping cylinder /Tubes, box, ellipse).
