Description:
Cylinder tube sides curling machine used after the tube forming then curling the side for bottom welding. Cylinder curling machine have two types: one is manual double head curling machine( one side to the other side), the other is auto curling machine( double sides at one time with 2 pcs)

1.Automatic cylinder tube forming machine with gluing and ultrasonic functions.
2.Semi-auto cylinder tube gluing machine.
3.Semi-auto cylinder tube edge curling machine.

5.Ultrasonic or high frequency cylinder tube bottom welding machine.
1. Used in the production line of the transparent cylinder forming,edge curling and the bottom welding.
2. There is seamless joint between the cylinder tube forming and edge curling.The production speed can be up to 4 sec/pcs.
3. Using intelligent HMI system, servo motor drive, electro-optical tracking cutting;Fast and accurate.
4.According to the requirements of the product size, setting of different diameter and length,automatically complete the whole production.
5. Cylinder tube forming machines have glue and ultrasonic functions of bonding, firm and no scratches.
6. Automatic rotary cylinder bottom welding machine can use ultrasonic or high frequency welding, two optional function.
Applied for all kinds of PVC, APET, PETG plastic roll material cylinder forming, edge curling, bottom welding, is often used to pack chocolate, candy, cosmetics, toys,crafts, brush, tea-leaf, food, stationery, daily necessities, etc.

Specialized for curling two sides of tube/cylinders to make PVC, APET, PETG and other transparent plastic materials tube container; Making ideal cylinders for packaging candy, gift, toy, stationery, umbrellas, packing gear, badminton, snack food and other products.
