BV SGS Approved Best Price PFW Series Stone Impact Crusher
PFW series impact crusher is applied for crushing medium and high hardness brittle material such as various ore, slag and concrete. Because of the big reduction ratio, high content of cubic products and big specific surface area, the equipment is widely used in metallurgy, mining, chemical, cement, construction, refractory materials and ceramic industries for fine grinding.
1. The optimized-design crushing cavity and heavy rotor structure make equipment production increases by more than 20% and the operation is more stable;
2. Unique wedge block assembly locks plate hammer tightly. The contact surface of plate hammer and rotor are reprocessed so that the board hammer lock is more safe and reliable;
3. Banana-type" plate hammer structure makes the contact angle with material more reasonable and also can reduce wear effectively. The plate hammer can be reversely used with 25% higher utilization rate;
4. Monolithic bearing larger size bearing are adopted to make the machine have the greater carrying capacity and longer service life;
5. Hydraulic open top device and hydraulic adjusting discharge gate device make the replacement for wearing parts faster and easier;
6. The selection of high quality alloy wear-resistant parts ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment.
