Function of stone crusher plant
Stone crusher plant is mainly composed of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor and electric control panel. Its capacity is customizable from 50-500t/h. It applies to crushing hard limestone, granite, basalt, cobble, slag and other aggregates or stones. Stone production line is widely used in hydroelectric, building, building materials, highway, city construction,etc.
The specific equipment may be changed according to the materials, capacity and customers’ other requests. Our company can design the flowing chart and supply technique support throughout the course against customers’ work site. Non-standard components also can be supplied. We can supply the production process of stone production line.
Working Priciple of stone crusher plant
Big stones blasted from mountain are fed into jaw crusher evenly through vibrating feeder for primary crushing, coarsely crushed materials will be transferred to impact crusher by belt conveyor for secondary crushing. After secondary crushing finish, the crushed stones will be sent to vibrating screen for separating to get different sizes final products. After separating, the parts that can meet standard will be transferred away as final products, while the other parts will be returned to impact crusher for further crushing, thus forming a closed circuit.
Features of stone crusher plant
1.Stone crusher plant is automatic and efficient, it features high crushing ratio and big processing capacity. The finished product is in cubic shape, with high compression intensity but low needle shape particles and no internal gap.
2.Easy equipment maintenance, the spare parts adopt the domestic latest wearable material, with low wastage and long working life, thus can bring customer considerable profit.
3.The stone production line is designed by our engineering team and it has been applied to stone crushing process like limestone, granite, basalt, cobble etc. The quality of the finished products reaches standard of GB14685-2001, It supplies qualified aggregates for highway, railway, conservancy and concrete mixing plant and some other industries.

Attention
1.We should install the machine under shelter from rain and do not put it in the open air directly.
2.Electric motor should be installed in the rear of the crusher and the direction of rotation should be consistent
with the crusher. Reverse is forbidden.
3.The machine has six ground screws fixed on the concrete flood. The foundation need a place left for
discharging the ore stone and the scope is not less than 50°. The base form should be decided by the users
according the model of the feeder and transportation facilities.
4.Before debugging the equipment, we should tighten the screws and connect parts and check the lubrication
conditions.
5.After launching, the machine should reach normal speed before feeding. The material should be inserted
from the front and do not from the side in case of overload caused the accident.
6.Feeding must be stopped before stopping the machine. Only all the material have been broken is spit out
entirely, stopping working is available.
Q:Payment
A:30% by TT as deposit on signing the contract, 70% by as final payment of balance after the client’s satisfactory inspection of the equipment prior to the goods leaving the factory.
Q: What about Warranty? what will we do if the machine is broken down
A: The warranty period for all of structural and mechanical equipment is one year. The warranty period for all electric motors is half one year. Wear parts are not covered by warranty unless the component part is found to be flawed.
