Sand Making Plant Brief Introduction
The sand making plant always consists of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher(or fine jaw crusher or cone crusher), vertical shaft impact crusher (sand making machine), vibrating screen, sand washing machine, belt conveyor and electric control system. The designed capacity is 50-500t/h. It is adaptable to making sand or aggregates from hard limestone, granite, basalt, cobble, slag,etc, thus can be widely used in hydroelectric, building materials, highway, city construction and some other industries. Different types and models of equipment can be combined freely according to different flowings, to meet with customers’ different request.
Technological Process and Working principle
Big size stones are transferred to jaw crusher through vibrating feeder from hopper for parimary crushing, then they are transferred to impact crusher through belt conveyor for secondary crushing. The crushed materials from impact crusher will be sent to sand making machine for further crushing and re-shaping. The re-shaped stones will be transferred to the vibrating screen for separating to different sizes. The aggregate with suitable size will be transferred to the sand washing machine, after removing the stone powder, mud, dewatering and separating, these will become the final products. While the aggregate with unsuitable size will be returned to the sand making machine for re-crushing. This forms a closed and manifold cycles.
Sand Making Plant Features
The whole line is highly automatic, with simple structure, low operation cost, high crushing ratio, low power consumption, high capacity, low pollution and easy maintenance. The size of the finished product is even and in good shape, which can meet the national sand-making standards, and with low noise not over 75(db).
