CERAMIC BALL MILL FUNCTION
Ceramic ball mill is the material after being broken, and then smash the key equipment. CERAMIC BALL MILL STRUCTURE
The machine consists of feeding part, discharging part, turning part and driving part (reducer, small transmission gear, motors, electrical control) and other major components. CERAMIC BALL MILL OPERATING PRINCIPLE
This machine is a horizontal cylinder rotating mechanism, outer gear, the two positions, lattice-type ball mill. CERAMIC BALL MILL MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTION
Daily maintenance is one important factor to make sure of the machine’s work performance and safe running for long time. So full-time staff on duty to inspect and maintain is necessary.
(1) Change the lubrication oil periodically. For new installed ball mill, bearings and reducer, the oil should be fully changed in one month after the running. And clean the oil pool before adding new oil.
(2) Check the quality of the oil from time to time, clean the sundry in oil timely. Also check the quantity of the oil in oil tank, make supplement when it’s not enough.
(3) Check whether the cooling water goes smoothly everywhere.
(4) Pay attention to the temperature of main bearing shell and hollow shaft neck.
(5) Check whether there is abnormal shaking and noise.
(6) Check all the liner plates and grid plates often, and change them if need.
(7) Make sure all the sealing be in good condition.
(8) Pay attention to the joint condition of every joint part.
(9) Maintenance for motor and reducer should be according to their own technical instructions.
