Machine installation and training 

(1) Our company based on a contract, within the specified time will be free safety equipment destined for the user to specify the installation site, and to send technical service engineers on-site installation. 

In the user installation and commissioning of basic spare parts available in the circumstances, technical service engineers will be within 3-5 days to complete machine installation for users, ensure installation site environment neat, clean and orderly.

(2) We will provide the customer service training of operating personnel, training includes drawing operation, equipment operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and other:

After service

1)whole year free warranty (excluding the protective lenses and other wearing parts), maintenance of life.

2)warranty period begins on the date from the date of acceptance, the warranty period, in line with the warranty conditions, failure by the Division I provide maintenance free.

3)After the warranty period service: We can provide post-warranty service and post-warranty service charges to staff cost fee plus the cost of parts cost components.

4)our company will regularly tour or telephone interviews, to understand the customer's equipment usage.
