For regular model it is app. 2 weeks, for custom-built model, it need more days.
3. What are the acceptable payment methods?
When purchasing directly from Shendiao (this may differ if you purchase from one of our distributors), you can make the payment via bank wire transfer, Western Union or Letter of Credit (L/C).
4. What is included in the price of the machine?
Laser engraver/cutter – Standard external spares and cables – Software – Operational manual – 1 year warranty. (Necessary spares to run machine).
5. What is not included in the price?
PC – Coreldraw software – AutoCad software
6. What is the warranty for Shendiao machines?
All Shendiao laser engravers/cutters are covered by a 1-year warranty (EXW, ex-works China).
7. Is the set-up complicated? Will I need a professional installer?
No. All our models come with step-by-step assembly manuals and can be assembled within 2 hours (depending on the model) by anyone with basic manual skills. The operation manual will help you start on the same day when you set up machine. Although not necessary, installation and training can also be performed by a Shendiao technician at an additional charge.
