Technology Analysis: Four fundamental effects of laser engraving elements are:Engraving speed, laser power, engraving precision, material.
1.Wood
Wood is the most commonly material processed by laser,it is easy cutting and engraving.Light color wood like Birch,Cherry,Maple are more suitable for carving.
Each timber has itself characteristics, some is tighter, such as hardwood, when carving or cutting it,is necessary to use a larger laser power.
2.MDF
This type of density plywood is usually used to do the wooden signs lining,sticked thin veins on the surface.carved pattern's color is uniform,have good effect even if not colored.After carving,use a damp cloth to clean the surface of MDF.
3.Acrylic
Acrylic is second commonly carving material,it is easy to cutting and engraving,acrylics have variety of shapes and sizes,with low cost relatively.
Acrylic has 2 production process:casting and calendering,laser engraving mainly use casting acrylic.Because casting acrylic 's frost effect is very white after laser engraving,produce sharp contrast with original transparent texture.Calendering acrylic's processing surface is still transparent after laser engraving,there is not sufficient contrast effect.
When you purchase acrylic material,you should stress to dealer that you need high purity kind acrylic,Otherwise,when you back to engraving or cutting by laser,it may produce melt phenomenon.
4.Double color plate

Q. Can the machine engraving and cutting? A. Yes, even on the same Job, you can do setting with different colour in the software and also can making holes.
Q. is the machine must work with computer? A. Must connect with computer with USB cable when you change the settings of machine. for the design files, you can transfer the file with USB memory stick to the machine, Or can download it to the machine directly with USB cable from computer.
Q. Can the machine be split so it can fit into my doors? A. no, it can't
Q. How long the laser tube is working well? A. Unfortunately we cannot confirm about this, it is about 3000+ hours.
Q. Do you avaliable spare parts? A. we can provide all of spare parts of any model we listing.
Q. I have heard the mirrors need cleaning? A. Yes they do but not after every job, once a week is normally enough
Q. Can I put larger materials in the machine? A. Yes, the machine has doors which can be opened to accommodate larger materials
