Brief Introduction
R-382-1 polyurethane embedding adhesive is made from polyurethane, hardener and filler presented in two-component form. R-382-1 cures at room temperature, and its heat-resistant grade is B. It has gained UL certification (E229550) and passed RoHS, REACH test. This resin is transparent, we can also provide colored resin according to your demands, besides, the viscosity, hardener, density are all could be adjust as you need.
Features
Good manufacturability and insulation property, low shrinkage, shining appearance of condensate and excellent crack resistance.
Application/Use
Embedding, casting and potting for electronic components, motor and apparatus coils. For example: capacitors, small transformers, PCB, ignition coils of autocycle and auto etc.
